My encouragement to you today is this Don't follow the crowd just to belong. Follow Jesus because you know who you belong to!
May God give you the courage to stand firm, the wisdom to make the right choices, and the strength to choose His way every day. -

Good morning to everyone Donna here, Hi Krystal I understand what you are saying I too was pressured to follow the crowd but I didn't and I am glad that you realize and don't allow it anymore.
Anonymous I am glad that you stood apart, and you were not weird as you say you were different and that is good, God called us to be set apart and follow Him alone not man.
Hi chad you are so right it is a serious thing, because being at that age and wanting to fit in with the crowd is dangerous. This is a serious problem the youth still faces today, so we who have been through it already can encourage Our youth today that they don't have to follow the crowd, being your own person is much better and following Jesus is the best Person to follow. -

I have stood apart all my life. been called wierd, but weird is just different, and different is GOOD!!

I did this a lot when i was at school. Looking back i understand peer pressure is a realll serious thing.
