Youth Talks is a Christian community in Barbados where young people can be honest about what they’re going through, and find faith, friendship and hope along the way.
Our mission
To inspire and equip young people to grow in faith, develop godly character, discover their God-given purpose, and become positive leaders who serve God, their communities and the world with love, integrity and compassion.
Our story
The Story Behind Youth Talks
Youth Talks was born in April 2026 from a God-given vision to reach young people, encourage them in their faith, and help them grow closer to Him. God gave me both the name and the passion for this ministry.
What began as a simple WhatsApp outreach has grown into a channel that inspires, teaches, and connects with youth through the Word of God. Every lesson, game, and activity is inspired by Him and designed to make learning about Him exciting, meaningful, and relevant.
My prayer is that Youth Talks will be a light to young people, helping them discover their purpose, strengthen their faith, make godly choices, and know they are loved and chosen by God.

Youth Talks is a personal ministry inspired by God and gifted to Donna Carrington to carry out its mission. Donna is a proud member, Youth Teacher, and Deaconess of the congregation at Wings of an Eagle Ministries in Barbados.
The church fully supports her journey, as the youth and members offer their contributions to the wonderful testimonies, creativity, encouragement, and gifts to help grow the Youth Talks community.

We start with Glory Service for intercessory prayer at 3:30 PM, and move into Praise and Worship and main Service from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
